Hardcore is the class to target and strengthen your core muscles like never before and target the waistline by combining standing core exercises which will have you bending, lifting and twisting! Exercises will consist of integrated movements that will engage multiple muscles groups at once. You will certainly get fitter whilst building a good foundation for increasing muscle efficiency and power.
