what is small group personal training?

Small group personal training offers you a truly bespoke training experience within a motivating and fun group dynamic.

It combines the personal and focused service you get from one-to-one, with the fun and inclusive environment of a group setting.

Our tailored approach means each session is designed with you, your needs and your goals in mind to ensure you get the results you want. 

With no more than 4 members to 1 coach in each session, you can guarantee the support and attention of your coach as well as your group members.

Each of our expert coaches are here to support you. They will monitor and track your progress to keep you accountable, and ultimately ensure you are getting the most out of your training sessions.
